Project Manager

About the role

Octopus Holds is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead impactful projects from initiation through delivery. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects align with strategic business goals and are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to guarantee seamless execution and alignment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues.
• Monitor performance, track milestones, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Prepare and present status reports, insights, and management recommendations.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and promote best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of proven project‑management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• PMP certification is a plus.
