Project Manager (Manufacturing & Logistics)

About the role

The Project Manager will be based on‑site at Cepack Group’s facility in 10th of Ramadan, Egypt. This full‑time position oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing and packaging projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, allocating resources across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor progress, conduct inspections, and enforce quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate logistics, expediting, and supply‑chain activities to guarantee timely delivery of components.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to communicate status, resolve issues, and align expectations.
• Track project budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to stay within financial targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
• Strong background in expediting, inspection, and logistics management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
