Property Consultant

About the role

The Property Consultant will work on‑site in New Cairo, representing Coldwell Banker® in prospecting, nurturing client relationships and guiding them through buying, selling and renting processes. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering professional and transparent service while leveraging the firm’s tools and market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads, nurture client relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and present listings to clients.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored property recommendations.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update the CRM system.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and colleagues to share market insights and participate in sales meetings.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Egyptian property regulations.
• Strong understanding of the New Cairo market, residential and commercial transactions.
• Proven sales abilities in lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with real estate CRM tools.
