Property Manager – French & English Bilingual (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Property Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our long‑term rental portfolio. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in French and English, strong organizational skills, and hands‑on experience with residential property management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of long‑term rental properties.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants, owners, and vendors in both French and English.
• Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals and terminations.
• Handle tenant inquiries, resolve maintenance requests promptly, and liaise with vendors.
• Monitor rent collection, lease compliance, and maintain accurate tenant and property records.
• Prepare operational and occupancy reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in long‑term or residential property management.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations and property operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a remote environment.
