Property Security & Guest Relations Manager

About the role

The Property Security & Guest Relations Manager will act as the trusted local representative for Ahmed Global Investments in El Shorouk City and the Greater Cairo area. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will ensure that all residential and vacation‑rental properties remain secure, well‑maintained, and ready for guests while providing high‑level support to owners and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly inspections of apartments and common areas, checking doors, windows, locks, utilities and overall condition.
• Monitor security systems, identify potential risks and respond to emergencies or security incidents.
• Coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams and service providers; supervise their work and maintain activity records.
• Welcome guests at check‑in, assist with luggage, arrange transportation and address any guest concerns during their stay.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, especially when they are in Egypt, providing licensed personal security, 24‑hour availability and assistance with travel, meetings and property visits.
• Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when required and keep detailed logs of inspections, incidents and property activities.

Required profile

• Reliable local resident with a clean security background and ability to obtain a personal security licence.
• Excellent communication skills in English (and Arabic preferred) and a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Flexibility to be reachable at all times and to accompany owners or guests on short notice.
• Proven experience in property security, hospitality or guest services within a real‑estate environment.
