Public Relations & Communication Director – Healthcare Sector

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Public Relations & Communication Director to lead the Baheya Foundation’s communication efforts within the healthcare sector. The role will shape the organization’s brand, enhance its public image, and drive community engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR and communication strategies to strengthen the Foundation’s brand and public image.
• Manage media relations, corporate communications, and safeguard the organization’s reputation.
• Lead public awareness campaigns, digital communications, and social media initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with media outlets, corporate partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee content creation, communication projects, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate or brand communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the non‑profit, healthcare, or NGO sector is preferred.
• Strong network with media, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
