Public Relations Coordinator – Marketing & Production

About the role

Box Agency is seeking a proactive and well‑organized Public Relations Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing and production projects. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Creative Directors, and external partners to ensure each campaign runs smoothly from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors, locations, models, props, and logistics for marketing and production campaigns.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to align expectations and timelines.
• Track project milestones, manage deadlines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts and resolve issues with suppliers, influencers, and talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in PR, production coordination, event management, or a marketing/advertising agency.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
