Public Relations Manager – Corporate Communications

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Manager to lead our corporate communications and media relations across the outsourcing and BPO sector. The role will enhance brand awareness, support employer branding, and safeguard the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive public relations and corporate communication strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Create press releases, media statements, newsletters, and executive communications.
• Lead external communication initiatives promoting outsourcing, BPO, HR, and business services.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition on employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Plan and manage press conferences, media interviews, corporate events, exhibitions, job fairs, and industry conferences.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities, providing insights.
• Handle crisis communications and ensure consistent messaging.
• Identify thought‑leadership opportunities, speaking engagements, awards, and media features.
• Measure and report on PR performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies, media partners, and external vendors as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in public relations, corporate or external communications.
• Previous experience in outsourcing, BPO, HR services, technology or professional services is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong crisis communication and reputation management abilities.
• Proven stakeholder and relationship‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with PR monitoring tools.
