Purchase Specialist

About the role

The Purchase Specialist will support Minraf Springs’ production line in Cairo by managing the full procurement cycle for automotive suspension components. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that materials and components are sourced efficiently, cost‑effectively, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and track purchase orders for raw materials and components.
• Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices and delivery terms, and monitor supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production, finance and warehousing teams to align purchases with demand.
• Analyse purchasing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience with end‑to‑end purchasing processes, purchase order management and supplier negotiation.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate pricing, inventory needs and supplier performance.
• Relevant experience in automotive or manufacturing procurement is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or dedicated purchasing systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
