Missions principales

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities specifically for industrial equipment and technical spare parts.
• Prepare and manage purchase requisitions, ensuring absolute accuracy in technical specifications to avoid operational errors.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, favorable payment terms, and reliable delivery schedules.
• Coordinate closely with technical teams, warehouse departments, and accounting to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor delivery timelines and proactively manage logistics to prevent supply chain disruptions.
• Provide strategic support to project teams by identifying and sourcing necessary materials and equipment according to project timelines.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in industrial purchasing or technical equipment procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical specifications and coordinate with engineering departments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost-optimization and quality control.

Competences requises

• Advanced negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP systems (a significant advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
