QA/QC Manager

About the role

Orascom Development seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across its construction projects. You will design, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of compliance and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and enforce QA/QC policies, procedures and standards.
• Supervise and coordinate QA/QC activities on construction sites and project sites.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Identify quality issues, perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, findings and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop QA/QC staff, enhancing their technical capabilities.
• Coordinate with external inspectors and certification bodies as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in construction or development.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and construction regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
