QSR Sales Manager – Processed Meat & Restaurant Channels

About the role

We are expanding our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel and need a dynamic Sales Manager to lead growth across international and local restaurant chains. The role combines sales leadership with product development, overseeing the P&L of one of our most vibrant business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth to achieve aggressive sales and profit targets while identifying new business opportunities in the QSR market.
• Manage and deepen relationships with major international and local QSR accounts, acting as a trusted partner to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to develop menu solutions and customized product offerings that meet client specifications.
• Lead, coach and motivate a dedicated sales team, fostering a high‑performance culture and continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing strategies to ensure long‑term profitability and service excellence.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Food Industry sales, specifically within QSR channels.
• Proven track record in processed meat or poultry sales is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing sales talent.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high‑value contracts.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, capable of presenting to executive‑level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
