Quality Assurance Engineer – QHSE Specialist

About the role

Intertrade Co. is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to support QHSE activities across its manufacturing operations. The role will help implement and maintain ISO management systems, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced factory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation, implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Prepare for and accompany external, certification and customer audits; close audit findings.
• Create, update and improve SOPs, work instructions, checklists and QHSE documentation.
• Conduct incoming, in‑process and final quality inspections; manage NCRs, CAPA and customer complaints.
• Perform routine safety inspections, risk assessments and monitor PPE usage.
• Investigate incidents, support corrective actions and emergency preparedness activities.
• Generate quality, safety, environmental and operational reports.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, waste reduction and process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality or related field.
• 2–5 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, HSE practices and ISO standards.
• Good analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient English and solid Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
