Quality Assurance Lead – QMS – German Speaker

About the role

Join Expleo as a Quality Assurance Lead within the global Center of Excellence, driving the Group’s quality transformation journey. You will shape and harmonise quality services across the organisation while collaborating with international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve Group‑level Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including audits, documentation, KPIs and compliance monitoring.
• Support local quality teams with audits, certifications and transformation initiatives.
• Drive standardisation, simplification and automation of quality processes across countries.
• Contribute to global quality strategy, tools, templates and training materials.
• Ensure readiness for certifications and compliance with ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Promote collaboration, knowledge‑sharing and expertise within the Quality network.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation, process optimisation and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management within an international environment.
• Strong expertise in ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100 (additional standards a plus).
• Proven experience with continuous‑improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, RCA and CAPA.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards knowledge.
• Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, Root‑Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective‑and‑Preventive Action (CAPA) methodologies.
• Microsoft Office suite and digital quality‑management tools.
