About the role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of our pest‑control services. The role involves on‑site monitoring, auditing, and continuous improvement to meet safety and quality expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of pest‑control services on‑site.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of field operations.
- Review service reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Train and guide technicians on best practices and safety procedures.
- Handle client feedback and support service‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Good knowledge of safety and quality standards.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
