Quality Control Manager – Engineering Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead on‑site quality initiatives for engineering, construction and telecom projects in Alexandria. You will be the key driver of quality, safety and efficiency across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for construction, civil, architecture, telecom and technology projects.
• Oversee on‑site inspections, testing and compliance with specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of quality control professionals, fostering continuous improvement.
• Conduct audits of processes, materials and workmanship, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to embed quality assurance best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, non‑conformances and resolutions for senior management and clients.
• Drive process optimization initiatives and adoption of advanced quality control technologies.

Required profile

• 7‑15 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within engineering or construction environments.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles and industry standards.
• Proven expertise in project management, process improvement and risk assessment.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
