Quality Manager – Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across facility management operations in Cairo, ensuring high standards for MEP, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting and BMS services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the QMS for all FM operations.
• Conduct regular quality audits, site and technical inspections.
• Monitor and report on quality KPIs, SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
• Manage NCRs, CAPA processes, corrective actions and root‑cause analysis.
• Investigate client complaints and recurring service failures.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and train Quality Engineers/Officers.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Client Management teams.
• Support internal and external ISO audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• 8–12 years of experience in quality, facility management, MEP maintenance or engineering operations.
• Previous FM experience highly preferred.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification (preferred/mandatory).
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and reporting abilities.
• Fluent English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
