Quality Specialist – MENA Address Quality

About the role

The MENA Address Quality (MAQ) team is looking for a Quality Specialist to support address resolution, geocode correction, LLM quality auditing and map validation for last‑mile delivery across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. You will work directly on high‑impact production issues, coordinating with multiple stakeholders across three countries.

Key responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to perform manual audits, resolve outliers and exceptions using internal tools.
• Identify emerging patterns from audits and suggest process improvements.
• Provide timely responses to stakeholders according to SOPs and SLAs.
• Escalate problems systematically to the appropriate owners or teams.
• Maintain accurate records of daily work in trackers or workflow tools.
• Meet business metrics such as SLA, productivity, quality and utilization benchmarks.
• Leverage performance metrics to drive business goals.
• Collaborate in a team environment and adapt to multiple programs as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.
