Quality Supervisor – BPO Operations

About the role

RayaCX is looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead quality assurance initiatives within its BPO operations in 6th of October City, Egypt. You will ensure that all customer interactions meet the highest standards of accuracy and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for BPO operations.
• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to identify improvement areas.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and trends.
• Train new team members on quality standards and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Communicate with clients to understand quality expectations and address concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for providing feedback to teams and clients.
• Proven ability to manage time, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
