Quality Systems, Audits & Method Lead

About the role

The Quality Systems, Audits & Method Lead will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of LEONI's Integrated Management System (IMS) in Egypt. Reporting to senior quality management, the role ensures compliance with internal standards, IATF 16949, and local regulations while supporting the plant’s quality culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global IMS manual change processes and maintain the local IMS documentation.
• Lead the release of new IMS versions and monitor local process performance.
• Plan, execute, and follow‑up internal QM and external audit certifications (QM & SHE) for the production facility.
• Verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions arising from audits.
• Maintain auditor qualifications and coordinate re‑qualifications per LEONI and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality Operations to capture lessons learned, best practices, and ensure their implementation.
• Develop and deliver training programs aligned with the global qualification matrix, customer requirements, and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in quality management, audits, or related fields within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience with IMS, audit planning, and corrective action management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
