Real Estate Agent (Experienced)

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join its on‑site team in New Cairo. You will guide clients through the full property transaction cycle, from needs assessment to closing, leveraging the company’s data‑driven tools and technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client requirements and present suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market trend and pricing advice.
• Manage a personal portfolio of listings and keep inventory knowledge up to date.
• Negotiate offers, prepare and review contracts, and support clients through the closing process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate property data and timely documentation.
• Deliver ongoing customer service to generate referrals and repeat business.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and current knowledge of local regulations.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate market trends, project inventory, and neighbourhood insights.
• Proven sales record meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or a related field.
• Excellent customer‑service, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo, manage multiple clients/projects, and uphold high ethical standards.
• Previous experience in residential and/or commercial real estate; fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools for lead management and data‑driven decision making.
