Real Estate Agent – New Cairo

About the role

The Real Estate Agent will work full‑time on‑site in New Cairo, assisting clients with buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties. You will guide clients through every step of the transaction, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and advise clients on property needs.
• Conduct property viewings and prepare attractive listings.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate with landlords, buyers and other stakeholders.
• Perform comparative market analyses and stay updated on New Cairo market trends.
• Ensure all documentation complies with local regulations.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, track activities and generate reports.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license with solid knowledge of Egyptian regulations.
• Proven experience in property transactions, including listing, marketing and closing deals.
• Strong sales ability, lead generation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and clear communication.
• Good knowledge of the New Cairo real‑estate market.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with real‑estate CRM software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
