Real-estate Sales Agent

About the role

The Real‑estate Sales Agent will join RED’s Cairo office to guide clients through the entire property lifecycle. Using RED’s data‑backed tools, you will help buyers, sellers and developers make informed decisions across residential and commercial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and present suitable property listings to prospective clients.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights and pricing advice.
• Prospect new leads, follow up, and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Prepare and present property proposals and negotiate terms between buyers, sellers and developers.
• Utilise RED’s technology platforms to analyse market trends, update listings and ensure accurate property information.
• Prepare transaction documentation and support clients through the closing process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in real‑estate sales with practical experience in residential and/or commercial transactions.
• Valid real‑estate licence (or ability to obtain one as required by local regulations).
• Proven track record of prospecting, negotiating and closing sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Cairo and greater Egypt property markets, especially New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed and coastal areas.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple clients and priorities, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and developers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and data‑driven analysis tools.
