About the role
We are seeking a passionate Real Estate Sales Trainer to join our team in Sheikh Zayed. In this full‑time position you will design and deliver training programs that boost the performance of our sales force. You will also coach new hires and existing staff on best practices, market trends, and company projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for real estate sales teams.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Train employees on sales techniques, real estate products, CRM systems, and customer handling.
- Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning activities.
- Support managers in identifying performance gaps and development plans.
- Keep employees updated with market trends and company projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a trainer within the real estate industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Very good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
