Senior Consultant

About the role

The Senior Consultant will join Niche Investments in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on advising clients about property investments, leveraging AI‑driven analytics and data‑focused tools to match buyers with suitable real‑estate opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to homebuyers and investors on luxury and high‑end property markets.
• Conduct detailed market analyses and use data‑driven platforms to identify investment opportunities.
• Manage end‑to‑end client engagements, from presenting proposals to negotiating deals.
• Ensure a transparent, high‑quality client experience aligned with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine AI‑driven insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Mentor junior consultants, fostering their development and performance.

Required profile

• Strong background in real‑estate consulting, investment advisory, or related fields, preferably in luxury markets.
• Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and the use of technology‑enabled tools for investment decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions and prioritize multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and knowledge of the Egyptian real‑estate market are highly beneficial.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and committed to ethical, client‑centric solutions.
