About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at providing top‑notch administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while managing front‑desk operations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and assistance with daily office tasks.
- Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, coordinate meeting logistics, and maintain organized records.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential documents with discretion, upholding the company’s privacy standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
- 2‑3 years of proven experience in reception and administrative support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Very good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and uphold confidentiality.
