About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations and provide a welcoming experience for visitors and callers. The role supports daily administrative tasks and ensures smooth coordination between departments while upholding the company’s positive image.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, coordinating entry procedures with security.
- Schedule and manage meeting‑room bookings, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Maintain daily and weekly visitor logs and distribute them to relevant teams.
- Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries and complaints, and forward them appropriately.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, invoices, and shipments.
- Track outgoing mail and keep proper documentation.
- Organize and maintain official documents and records.
- Communicate with managers to follow up on needs and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers, finalize payments, and obtain shipping documents.
- Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in reception or customer‑service roles.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
