About the role

We are looking for a courteous and detail‑oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors at our office. You will greet guests professionally, manage phone calls and support daily administrative tasks. The role requires strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Distribute inbound and outbound mail.
  • Maintain a visitor log and schedule meeting rooms.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry and document preparation.
  • Assist with basic office supply management.
  • Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to various departments as needed.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
