About the role

We are looking for a courteous and detail‑oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our office. You will ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere while providing essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors in a polite and well‑spoken manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
  • Organise inbound and outbound mail, including distribution and collection.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and basic office administration.
  • Support other team members with ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
