About the role
We are looking for a courteous and detail‑oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our office. You will ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere while providing essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors in a polite and well‑spoken manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
- Organise inbound and outbound mail, including distribution and collection.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and basic office administration.
- Support other team members with ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
