Receptionist & Sales Associate (New Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Receptionist Sales Associate to join our New Cairo clinic. The role combines front‑desk reception duties with the promotion of our medical services, ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome and clear information about available care packages.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer a high volume of phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
• Maintain accurate patient records and process payments or basic billing tasks.
• Introduce and explain clinic services, support promotional campaigns and guide patients toward suitable service packages.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with typical receptionist duties and clerical work.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple calls calmly.
• Comfortable with sales‑oriented conversations and service promotion.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in New Cairo.
• Previous experience in a medical clinic or customer‑facing role is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with appointment or patient management systems.
