Receptionist – Sales & Patient Services

About the role

The Receptionist Sales is a full‑time, on‑site position at Self Medical Hub in New Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling front‑desk duties while also promoting the clinic’s services and supporting revenue‑generating activities.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
• Explain clinic packages and services, assist with follow‑ups, and support sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth front‑desk operations.

Required profile

• Strong front‑desk and receptionist capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, able to interact professionally and empathetically.
• Professional phone etiquette, capable of handling multiple calls and routing inquiries.
• Basic sales or customer‑facing experience, preferably in a healthcare or service environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full‑time on‑site.
• Commitment to confidentiality and patient privacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration, hospitality, or healthcare support is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software.
• Experience using scheduling systems or similar digital tools.
