Receptionist – Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist Sales to join our New Cairo office. The role combines front‑desk duties with sales support, ensuring every visitor and client receives a professional and welcoming experience while assisting the sales team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, manage the reception area and maintain a tidy environment.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
• Handle client inquiries, provide accurate information about real‑estate projects and schedule appointments.
• Maintain and update client records, correspondence and basic office documentation.
• Support the sales and operations teams by preparing simple reports, coordinating meetings and assisting with logistics.
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, mail handling and office supply management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, front‑office or sales support, preferably within real‑estate or a customer‑facing environment.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a professional appearance.
• Highly reliable, organized and detail‑oriented, able to work on‑site in New Cairo.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software such as email, spreadsheets and word processing.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
