About the role

We are seeking a professional, organized and friendly Receptionist/Secretary to be the first point of contact for our office in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role combines front‑desk duties with general administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage messages and oversee front‑desk operations.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Handle office administration tasks, including daily coordination and record keeping.
  • Prepare documents, maintain filing systems and ensure accurate records.
  • Provide administrative assistance to management as needed.
