About the role
We are seeking a professional, organized and friendly Receptionist/Secretary to be the first point of contact for our office in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role combines front‑desk duties with general administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage messages and oversee front‑desk operations.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and maintain calendars.
- Handle office administration tasks, including daily coordination and record keeping.
- Prepare documents, maintain filing systems and ensure accurate records.
- Provide administrative assistance to management as needed.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Detail‑oriented and proactive approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
