Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Giza)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our team in Giza. You will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for a variety of positions across our manufacturing and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles.
• Draft and post job descriptions on appropriate channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Support hiring managers in selection decisions and offer negotiations.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to understand workforce needs and strengthen employer branding.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for manufacturing and corporate functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor‑market trends, and inclusive hiring principles.
• Ability to work on‑site in Giza within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency highly beneficial.
