Recruiter – Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our team at Saudi German Hospital – Egypt in Cairo. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on end‑to‑end recruitment for clinical, non‑clinical and administrative positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates across a range of hospital roles.
• Post job advertisements and maintain active candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring managers in selection decisions.
• Manage job offers, pre‑employment checks and facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with hospital policies and Egyptian labor regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within healthcare or large organisations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritize tasks and meet tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
