Recruiter / HR Manager (Construction)

About the role

We are a leading construction company in Libya specializing in high‑end road and bridge projects. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Human Resources Manager to lead our talent acquisition and HR initiatives, supporting the growth of our engineering and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment campaigns to attract qualified professionals for road and bridge construction projects.
• Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase HR efficiency.
• Utilize ERP and HRIS tools to manage employee data, payroll, and compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide tailored HR solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strategic thinker able to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems for HR management.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Experience managing payroll systems and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
