Recruiter – Remote Full‑Time Position

About the role

Globaltize is seeking an experienced recruiter to join its fully remote team. You will partner with a global client base to source, assess, and place top talent across a variety of industries, while enjoying a flexible schedule and a supportive startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, delivering 3‑5 qualified profiles per vacancy.
• Follow the Globaltize interview framework and provide detailed feedback.
• Maintain candidate communication and engagement throughout the process.
• Track all activities in HubSpot and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and build a talent pipeline.
• Submit daily progress reports and participate in team meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of successful placements across multiple sectors (tech, finance, marketing, etc.).
• Experience working with BPO or staffing agencies and serving US, Canadian, or Australian clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast‑paced startup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using HubSpot for pipeline management.
• Ability to generate and send offers via PandaDoc.
