Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Specialist to lead our white‑collar recruitment process and support key OD initiatives for a leading textile and garment manufacturer in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full white‑collar recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Build and maintain a qualified talent pipeline for white‑collar positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and organizational structures under senior guidance.
• Support workforce planning and basic HR analytics.
• Help develop and maintain HR policies and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience with proven full-cycle white‑collar recruitment.
• Good command of English with strong communication and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Odoo (strong advantage).
