Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

QStaffers is looking for a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in recruitment operations, candidate communication, and HR administration within a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit and publish job descriptions across LinkedIn, job boards and social media while maintaining consistent branding.
• Support social‑media recruitment by creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries.
• Administer the Workable ATS: create openings, keep candidate records up‑to‑date, move candidates through hiring stages and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Coordinate interview schedules, send invitations, reminders and feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist Recruitment Partners with administrative tasks, talent sourcing and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding and employee documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems quickly.

Required skills

• Workable (Applicant Tracking System) proficiency.
• LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
• Basic social‑media management for recruitment purposes.
