About the role
The Recruitment Expert will partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and proactively fill vacant positions. This role drives the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Establish recruiting requirements by aligning with the organization’s business plan and proactively fulfilling all vacant positions.
- Identify replacement and expansion hiring needs and manage the full hiring cycle.
- Define applicant requirements for each role by reviewing job descriptions and qualifications.
- Track and report on recruiting and hiring metrics, supporting continuous‑improvement targets.
- Design and execute recruiting and interview plans, including job postings, assessments, interviews, and offer management.
- Evaluate candidates with hiring managers, conducting interviews based on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Build and maintain a qualified candidate pool in advance of hiring needs, including multilingual pipelines for operational sites.
- Research and recommend new sources for both active and passive candidate sourcing.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into hiring strategies.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
- Effective communication with managers and candidates.
- Capability to develop and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple languages.
