About the role
York Towers is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead its talent acquisition function on a fully remote basis. You will shape hiring strategies, manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Lead, mentor and support the recruitment team.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
- Prepare and manage job offers, agreements and related documentation.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, with 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field (preferred).
- Background in tech recruitment is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
