Recruitment Manager (Remote)

About the role

York Towers is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead its talent acquisition function on a fully remote basis. You will shape hiring strategies, manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead, mentor and support the recruitment team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Prepare and manage job offers, agreements and related documentation.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, with 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Background in tech recruitment is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
