Recruitment Specialist – Full-time, On-site in Cairo

About the role

COB Solution is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring processes for its healthcare-focused operations in Cairo. This full-time, on-site position will manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements and manage recruitment platforms.
• Source and screen candidates, conduct structured interviews and maintain pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine job profiles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Support new-hire onboarding and training to ensure smooth integration.
• Track recruitment metrics, generate reports and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
• Strong interviewing, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
