Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Teleperformance Egypt is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its Cairo office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications against job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates.
• Support recruitment reporting, workforce planning and talent analytics.
• Deliver training sessions for new hires and ensure alignment with company recruitment standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
