Recruitment Specialist - Project-Based

About the role

The company is seeking a Recruitment Specialist on a project basis to manage the full recruitment cycle for sales positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, assess, and onboard top sales talent.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the full recruitment cycle for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer, and onboarding handover.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach, targeting both active and passive talent.
• Assess candidates on sales‑specific criteria such as target achievement, closing ability, resilience, and communication skills.
• Build and maintain a fast‑moving pipeline to meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and keep candidates and stakeholders updated throughout the process.
• Support offer preparation, salary and commission discussions, and reference checks.
• Track progress in the ATS or tracker and share weekly updates on roles filled, pipeline status, and time‑to‑fill.
• Hand over candidate data, pipelines, and process notes at project close.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with sales or BPO hiring.
• Hands‑on sourcing experience using LinkedIn and job boards.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Professional English proficiency.
