Recruitment Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in a fast‑paced, international environment. You will play a key role in sourcing, assessing and guiding top talent across multiple European markets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates across various European markets.
• Create and manage job advertisements on multiple recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial assessments, including pre‑screening interviews.
• Evaluate candidates' language, technical and interpersonal skills.
• Coordinate online assessments, interviews and selection processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and records in recruitment systems.
• Support international candidates throughout the recruitment journey, including relocation coordination when needed.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve recruitment objectives.
• Recommend innovative recruitment strategies and ensure compliance with company policies and data‑protection regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• International exposure or experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable using recruitment platforms, databases and online sourcing tools.
