Recruitment Supervisor

About the role

The Recruitment Supervisor will lead the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, ensuring the organization attracts and selects high‑caliber candidates using competency‑based methods. This role partners with line managers and HR business partners to deliver strategic hiring objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the overall HR recruitment strategic business plan.
• Design and execute creative recruitment solutions to attract qualified talent.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Develop, run, and evaluate selection processes, including interview panels.
• Stay current with employment legislation and brief managers on relevant changes.
• Review and improve the effectiveness of recruitment and selection processes.
• Represent the company at recruitment events and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate the yearly recruitment plan with HR business partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR.
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
• CBI (Competency Based Interview) certification preferred.
