Recruitment Supervisor / Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Supervisor / Specialist will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for Tanta Motors in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that hiring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce planning and recruitment strategies for multiple functions.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements across appropriate channels.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers for candidates.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics, produce reports, and support employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and line managers to deliver a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, local labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
