About the role
Guide Academy is looking for a full‑time Recruitment Team Leader to drive high‑volume hiring projects from its Cairo office. You will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring that large numbers of qualified candidates are sourced, screened, and placed efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on mass hiring initiatives.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies that meet high‑volume staffing targets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job specifications.
- Maintain and report on key performance metrics such as time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
- Develop talent pipelines and improve recruitment workflows for scalability.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hiring and technical recruiting, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
- Demonstrated team‑leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
