Reel Creator / Content Creator

About the role

Dot IT, a full-service digital marketing agency with offices in Egypt, Estonia, Spain and the UAE, is looking for a Reel Creator / Content Creator. You will produce authentic, trend-based TikToks and Instagram Reels with basic editing skills, creating content independently from concept to finished video. The position is remote and flexible.

Key responsibilities

• Create authentic, trend-driven TikTok videos and Instagram Reels, staying up to date with current trends.
• Appear confidently on camera, tell stories and add personality to the content.
• Film, edit and publish short-form videos with basic but clean editing.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks and scripts, and brainstorm new content ideas regularly.
• Create storytelling formats such as day-in-the-life, behind-the-scenes, challenges and reactions.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand tone and objectives, ensuring consistent style and quality.

Required profile

• Strong camera presence and confidence in storytelling.
• Ability to create TikTok/Reel content independently, from idea through script, filming and editing.
• Solid understanding of short-form content trends on TikTok and Instagram.
• Creativity in developing hooks, scripts and storytelling formats.
• Good visual sense (framing, lighting, composition) even when filming on mobile.
• Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, take feedback and maintain attention to detail.

Required skills

• Basic video editing (cuts, transitions, subtitles, audio syncing)
• Content repurposing across Reels, TikToks and Stories
