About the role
The Regional/National Sales Manager is responsible for translating the country‑level commercial plan into disciplined field execution across an assigned region in Egypt. Reporting to the Country Manager, the role leads a team of Area Sales Managers and sales representatives, oversees distributor operations, and ensures ACCBC’s brands are available, visible and competitively positioned at the point of sale.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver regional and national volume, net sales revenue (NSR) and distribution targets in line with the commercial plan.
- Execute monthly and quarterly sales plans across Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and HORECA channels.
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Manage distributor day‑to‑day activities, ensuring route coverage, target achievement and compliance with promotional, pricing and product availability standards.
- Lead, coach and motivate the field team to maintain high execution standards and achieve Perfect Store, OSA and other KPI objectives.
- Report performance, risks and opportunities to the Country Manager with clear action plans.
Required profile
- Proven experience in FMCG sales management, preferably at a regional or national level.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high‑performing field teams.
- Hands‑on distributor management experience and ability to drive execution discipline.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and act on insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
